FULFILLMENT POLICIES

REFUND

We do not offer refunds.  We do not charge customers until we have delivered your load to requested drop off location.

CANCELLATION/RETURN

We do charge a $100 cancellation fee if the customer's vehicle is not at the set location for pick up. There are no returns. We ship vehicles and charge a flat rate for shipments. If an item needs to be returned to origin, there will be another charge.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

ALL pick-up and delivery times are only estimates. Many factors cause delays when delivering cars. Echad Transportation LLC will notify the customer with delivery times and updates as the driver get closer. There are no refunds or discounts for delayed shipments caused by unpredictable circumstances.

FAQ

 

How is my shipping rate calculated?

When determining the shipping rate, there are a few things considered to provide you with an accurate price quote. The mileage between the origin and destination is the biggest factor. In addition to the distance of your relocation, another factor is the type and condition of the vehicle being shipped. The final factor is the date of desired transportation.

 

Will my vehicle be insured if damages occur? (Is my vehicle insured during the transportation process?)

We are a fully insured transportation company.  If anything should go wrong, we are prepared to make it right for you and your vehicles as quick as we can.

 

How does the pay process work?

There are a number of ways to pay before and once the vehicle is delivered: Cash App, PayPal, Check, Postal Money Order or cash.  All prices and charges are made with USA currency.

 

Does someone have to be present for pick-up and delivery?

Yes, there must be someone present to accept the vehicle, provide keys and sign an inspection report. This person can be anyone over the age of 18.

 

Where will my car be picked up and delivered?

The driver will get the car transporter as close to your door as he can legally and safely get. In most cases, the driver will be able to pick-up and deliver directly to your door. Some cities may have restrictions on trucks that prohibit them from driving into residential areas. A truck combined with a 44ft trailer is very large and need lots of room to maneuver and turn around, so if access to the pickup or delivery location is restricted by narrow streets, low-hanging trees or tight turns, the driver may ask that you meet at a location nearby with a large parking lot, such as a grocery store.

 

Can I ship my vehicle if it isn't running?

Yes, we can ship cars that aren't running, also known as inoperable vehicles, for an additional fee. The delivery time will likely take slightly longer than normal, in addition, upon delivery a flatbed tow truck needs to be available to take the car off trailer. The vehicle can also be delivered to a yard that has a forklift.

 

How far in advance should I schedule my transport?

The further in advance you schedule your shipment, the more likely we will be able to meet the time requirements you desire. For best results, try to schedule your transport at least 2-3 weeks in advance. However, we are always willing to discuss options with you in the event that a more immediate delivery is needed. 

 

What if my vehicle is damaged?

Damage is rare, but unfortunately it does happen. The single most important thing for you to do if your vehicle is damaged is to note the damage on your final bill of lading report when you receive the vehicle.

The bill of lading is the report that the driver will fill out on pickup, denoting if there is any pre-existing damage. Any damage that occurs in transit must be entered on this report on delivery. Failure to do so could seriously hinder your damage claim, so we cannot stress this enough. Look your vehicle over thoroughly when you receive it. The bill of lading is a document that releases the carrier of liability once signed at delivery.
